Delivery to both EU Countries and the rest of the world may take longer than usual, in the region of 2-8 weeks. Local taxes and duties may be applied to orders by Local Customs, independently of our delivery charges, and are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you are familiar with all import regulations before placing an order. Ainsworths will not refund or accept returns for orders either refused or impounded by customs.

We regret we are unable to send orders to the following countries: Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Russia, Spain & Sweden

Deliveries to Southern Ireland do seem to be arriving when ordered through an Addresspal Account.  This should be set up with them at addresspal.anpost.ie before placing your order with us.  VAT will be applicable. A tracked delivery is also advisable.

TO ALL CUSTOMERS IN THE UAE AND ALL COUNTRIES IN THE MIDDLE EAST - Please be aware that the UAE/Middle Eastern countries will no longer accept deliveries to a physical address without a PO Box number. So addresses must include PO Box number, state, i.e Dubai/Qatar, and a telephone number, preferably mobile number.

Please ensure that the Cardholder address matches the address held by your card issuer as you check out.
